Power Team
A field-oriented cable-list tool designed to reduce manual reporting. Technicians update the cable while working; status, issues and history are generated automatically.
What the technician sees
Each cable stays compact: cable ID, From → To, Presence, Label and only the next electrical action.
Electrical sequence
The test workflow is intentionally simple and sequential.
Fast field actions
Actions use a short hold to avoid accidental taps. Corrections use the same hold behavior, without confirmation pop-ups. Undo remains available immediately after an action.
Issues
Technicians can report a problem using a quick reason, a note, or both. Open issues remain visible directly in the cable row until marked resolved. Open issues mark the cable row in pink. Discussion, replies and resolution are shared with the Manager.
Logs and traceability
Shared activity log with author, team, action and time. Replies notify the author of the original message even without @. Mark all as read clears your unread count only.
Excel round-trip
Manager exports the original Excel layout automatically, changing only matching input cells. Terminated is yes when Power OR Installation confirms it. PDF/Excel exports and dated backups require Manager open and signed in. Choose destinations in Files & folders.
Editor
Project settings can disable In Rack or Label when they are not needed. Extra issue reasons can be added globally or only for selected cable types.
Designed for large projects
The interface avoids giant cards and long forms. Filters are collapsible on mobile and only a limited number of cable rows are rendered at once, preparing the same concept for much larger cable lists.
